Shipping destinations
TwoTizm currently ships only to addresses in the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping charges
- One Chud Light Hoodie: $5.99 standard shipping.
- Two or more Chud Light Hoodies: free standard shipping.
Available delivery options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.
Processing and tracking
We process orders as promptly as possible. When your order ships, we send tracking details to the email address used at checkout.
Final sale and size exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, change-of-mind returns, or cancellations after an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.
As a courtesy, we offer one size exchange per eligible apparel item within 30 days after delivery, subject to stock availability. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and returned in its original condition. For approved size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the shipping cost for the replacement item.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@twotizm.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide instructions and cover the reasonable shipping costs for the resolution.
